Marshview Park
Marshview Park is a park in Oceanfront, Virginia Beach, best for mountain biking, trail walks near the Oceanfront, dog owners, families.
A hundred acres of woods on Lake Rudee hiding minutes from the Resort Strip, Marshview Park is the Oceanfront area's back-to-nature escape valve. ADA-compliant paved trails and a network of soft multi-use trails wind through the property, and Parks & Recreation has partnered with the Eastern Virginia Mountain Biking Association to develop the city's first formal mountain-bike trail system here — 4 to 5 miles of soft trails with varying skill levels, trailhead maps, and wayfinding. A large playground, picnic shelters, restrooms, and a four-yard fenced dog park round it out. Open daily dawn to dusk.
